Customer Service for Wholesale Inquiries and Orders
We stand behind the quality of our products. Our customer service team is ready to make every part of your Sacred Cut experience pleasurable.
Minimum Orders for Wholesale Pricing
Wholesale Orders start at 50 pieces, with volume discounts at 250 pieces or 500 pieces. When you take advantage of our 500-quantity price break, you can mix and match designs within the same metal and color with a minimum order of 100 per design. For example, you can buy 5 designs of 100 each to get the 500 piece rate.
Special Orders
Special orders are gladly accepted. You can send, fax or e-mail us a sketch
or digitized file of your design. Once we receive your request, we will
develop a prototype of the design along with a price quote. Once you approve
the design, we create and ship your product within 4 to 6 weeks. Special
order items cannot be returned. Any defective special order merchandise will
be replaced.
Shipping
All wholesale orders will be shipped within 10 to 15 business days via UPS unless otherwise requested. Shipping charges are included for wholesale orders within the continental US. For shipping charges outside the continental US (including Hawaii and Alaska), please email us at customerservice@sacredcut.com. Customers pay shipping charges for exchanges and returns.
Payment Terms
New accounts for wholesale orders must be paid in full before shipment by paypal, check or money order.
Exchanges
Items can be exchanged for the same item in the same metal or size, providing we have inventory. Items exchanged must be in new condition.
Exchanged items must be current (within 30 days of invoice) or they will be refused. Special orders or items made to your specification are not exchangeable.
Claims/Returns
All claims must be filed within 30 days of the invoice date. All returns must be authorized. All defective items will be replaced or exchanged. Claimed items must carry their original tag when received. Returns on non-defective items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Special order items cannot be returned.
